Programming that inspires, encourages and empowers girls through self esteem, confidence, and leadership building.
Girl Talk is an online program for girls ages 8-13 designed to give girls the tools to build confidence in themselves, understand self esteem and how it affects all areas of our life, and to develop leadership skills to become strong individuals and make the world a better place!
Our Girl Talk Program was developed by Jacqueline and Madison Dyke, two of our One Girl Program Developers and Facilitators who have inspired, encouraged and empowered thousands of girls across Canada at our One Girl live events!
Not every city has monthly events, so this dynamic duo came up with an incredible online program that will help girls in communities that do not yet have a One Girl Chapter, or may need a little extra help and encouragement! Girls will receive a video each week for 8 weeks covering topics like Self Esteem, Beauty Standards, Self Care, Healthy Friendships, Leadership, Goal Setting and More!
Hi! This is Jacqueline & Madison. We’re program developers and facilitators at One Girl - a social enterprise that inspires, encourages and empowers girls to become strong and confident individuals, and to make the world a better place.
both active members and leaders in our community. Jacqueline is the executive
founder of the largest regional youth conference in Northwestern Ontario, WE
Stand Up. As an executive leader for the Northwestern Ontario Secondary School
Student’s Association, Jacqueline has extensive leadership experience leading
workshops and facilitating events. She even spoke to an audience of 18,000 at
WE Day in 2015.
Madison believes in building connections. Connections to one another, to the land and the natural world, and most importantly to the self. Through years of growing up as a woman, an athlete, and someone who hasn’t always been sure of herself, Madison has found what it means to be the truest expression of Self. With the knowledge and wisdom she has gained, by means of yoga and body movement, positive affirmations, journaling, listening to women who have walked before us, she hopes to help guide young women to walk a similar path.
We both hope to help you on your journey to being the best you!
